If you’ve ever felt fuzzy on your brain or any other form of mental block, a new study says exercise might help you stimulate those brain cells back to normal. Researchers found that test subjects that spent just 10 minutes on a treadmill or exercise bike showed immediate “a 14-percent gain in cognitive performance in some instances.” I prefer to use the old fashioned way of brain stimulation; many, many cups of coffee.
