What stresses you out more: a few extra pounds, or a few extra credit card bills? A new survey found that 38% of people would agree to take on new debt to prevent a ten-pound weight gain. In contrast, most people were willing to gain 10 pounds if it meant they could shed $1,000 worth of debt. And talk about extreme, one in five said they would skip sex for a year to dump the debt and 38% said they’d exercise six times a week for a year to have their debt deleted. Personally, I’d take the 10 pound hit to lose the debt, because hey, you can lose the weight anytime!
