According to a new survey, Americans have as many as 60 “bad days” a year. 80% of respondents said work-related stress ruined their days, while 67% said lack of sleep. Other bad day contributors include feeling sick, and having financial troubles. Bad days also tended to affect their health with some turning to unhealthy food or alcohol. Ironically, 95% of the respondents said gym time is a great stress-buster, only a fifth actually belonged to a gym. A bad day for me is when we run out of coffee. That really stresses me out!
