Festival Foods invites you to its ever-popular Wine & Beer Tasting event to benefit Steppin’ Out in Pink. If you’re in the mood for an enjoyable evening, mark your calendar for this event.

Festival Foods and Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation are pleased to present this 5th annual event at a beautiful venue along the river—the Cargill Room at Riverside Center South, 332 Front Street, La Crosse.

Attendees will have an opportunity to meet area wine experts, taste all the wine and beer they care to enjoy, sample breads, cheeses and desserts, and dip fruit in the chocolate fountain. There will be a great selection, with more than 60 different types of specialty beer and wine to sample, all while being entertained with a string quartet.

You can also look forward to a free collectible wine glass, silent auction and door prize drawing at the end of the evening.

Best of all, 100% of the proceeds will be used to support the Norman L. Gillette Jr. Cancer Research Fellowship, breast cancer research initiatives of Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation, as well as awareness programs and patient services at the Norma J. Vinger Center for Breast Care. This year, a portion of the dollars raised will also provide free mammograms for uninsured or underinsured patients in our region.

Tickets are $30 each (or two for $50) and are on sale at all Festival Foods locations—La Crosse - Copeland, La Crosse - Village Onalaska, and Holmen. You can also purchase tickets at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation, 3rd floor of the Clinic in La Crosse, Gundersen Lutheran Credit Union.

10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Freedom Fest Motorcycle Rally at UW-L;Ride departs at 11:30
Enjoy refreshments and camaraderie as riders begin to rally outside Veterans Memorial Field at UW-L. Motorcycle ride departs UW-L at 11:30 and arrives back around 2:30 p.m. All riders will be required to read and sign a release of liability waiver. Be prepared for the day by reading, printing, and signing it here.

3:00 p.m. Gates Open
Access to the stadium and concert viewing areas is available for all seating sections. Commemorative Programs will be distributed (free of charge) to all attendees. Motorcyclists will arrive back from the ride and park in a designated area. Food and Beverage areas will open inside the stadium and the VIP tent.

3:30 p.m. 451st Army Band
The 451st Army Band entertains the crowd as the stadium begins to fill.

4:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony
Color guard and National Anthem performances.

4:30 p.m. The Remainders
The Remainders take the stage and entertain the audience with 70s and 80s hits.

6:30 p.m. Foreigner
Foreigner takes the stage and play many of their #1 hits from the 70s and 80s.

8:00 p.m. "Fallen Heroes" Presentation
The "Fallen Heroes" presentation recognizes recently-fallen Wisconsin Veterans.

8:45 p.m. Steve Miller Band
Steve Miller Band entertains the crowd with their chart-topping hits from the 70s and 80s.

10:15 p.m. Fireworks
Enjoy a fireworks show to celebrate the conclusion of Freedom Fest 2012.

Rules and Regulations
No coolers, outside food or beverages may be brought into the fest. No smoking is allowed inside the gates. There are designated smoking areas outside the main gates. There will be no refunds if the performance is cancelled due to "Force Majeure" or any other reason contemplated in the agreements with the performing artists.
