Call It Quits is a free six-week challenge designed to inform and help motivate you to stop smoking. Each week there will be a specific topic with strategies to help you overcome your addiction. There will also be weekly challenges. Complete the challenge and send in your challenge form to be eligible for that week’s prize drawing. Learn more about the weekly challenges.

WHERE: The Race starts at 9am at Riverside Park and teams will travel around the Coulee Region on foot, on the La Crosse MTU or Onalaska, Holmen, West Salem Public Transit! Thanks to Advanced Multi Media Solutions & Centurylink, you can follow along at Riverside Park on big screen TV’s courtesy of Midwest TV and Appliance with up-to-the-minute shots of teams in action at various challenges!
