A new study has found that listening to music during your workout encourages you to exercise longer. It could also help you stick to your regimen. During the experiment, the participants who were allowed to listen to music ran 50 seconds longer on the treadmill than those that didn’t listen to music. I think the majority of people listen to music during their workout. It’s just a matter of which radio station they tune in.
