No it’s not made with dry ice. Scientists have created ice cream that doesn’t melt so quickly on a hot day. The secret ingredient is cellulose fibers from a banana plant that helps slow down the melting process. Scientists even go as far as to say that the slow melt ice cream be healthier than regular ice cream. If the scientists could next invent cold resistant coffee, I’d be in heaven!
