A new study revealed that people who stopped their exercise regimen suffered depressive symptoms as a result. It’s been proven that physical activity can keep depression away. But researchers revealed that in some cases, stopping an exercise regimen triggered depressive symptoms after only three days. As for me, I’m not taking any chances at even beginning an exercise regimen, so I won’t get depressed when I eventually give up!
