An Egg A Day!

As the old saying goes, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” But now a new study says eating an egg a day can prevent heart problems. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, including in China, where the study was done. Data revealed that people who ate eggs daily lowered their risk of cardiovascular disease, had a 26% lower risk of hemorrhagic stroke, a 28% lower risk of hemorrhagic stroke death, and an 18% lower risk of CVD death. Hopefully in the future they’ll discover that bacon is also more healthy than previously thought.
