They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now comes new research about dinnertime. A new study found that late night eating is associated with cancer risk. Apparently breast and prostate cancer are more likely in people who eat just before bedtime, compared with those who leave at least two hours between dinner and going to sleep. And the longer that gap, the better. If that’s the case, I’d have to go to bed by 11 pm at the earliest!
